We provide a full range of legal services in the area of transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics. We are specialists in settling disputes and providing legal advice in national and international carriage of goods for all modes of transport. Thanks to the many years of practice based on cooperation with experts in the field of transportation, forwarding and logistics, we are able to offer legal services to a number of carriage and forwarding companies, which is a guarantee of providing effective solutions that are based on experience in the field. In June 2016, we became an associate member of the Association of Logistics and Freight Forwarding of the Slovak Republic, where we participate in meetings of the working groups of lawyers in the preparation and commenting on draft legislation in the field of transport and freight forwarding. We work with the SATUM Group, one of the major companies operating in the field of corporate insurance and risk management, including the area of transportation and freight forwarding. We are heavily engaged in legal advice when dealing with a debt collection and claim settlement in carriage according to the CMR Convention. In this area we provide for drafting, commenting and analysis of contractual documentation for transnational corporations (forwarding contracts, carriage contracts, storage contracts, etc.), preparation of standardised terms and conditions for the carriers and shipping companies and their regular updating, representation of clients in setting up claims arising from carriage of goods and persons by road, rail, water and air, legal advice for the international CMR Convention, and cooperation with foreign partners, as needed, with application of another country's legal rules.
